The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Just Training leaves Adesanya with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Adesanya takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Just Training tries for a takedown but Adesanya circles away easily
and Adesanya counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Adesanya clinches up with Just Training and pushes him back against the cage.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.

Adesanya breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Just Training fails with the takedown
and Adesanya counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Siver looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Mann throws a nice looking combination but Siver bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Mann shoots in looking for a takedown but Siver manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Mann's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Siver clinches up against the cage.
Siver lands a left hand that snaps the head of Mann backwards.
Siver is pressed up against the cage. Mann has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Siver down to the mat. Siver avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Mann looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Siver seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.

Feet comes into the arena with Footsteps (Go Higher) blaring out of the sound system. Nate Gracie told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

I was talking to Feet's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.
Gracie has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Feet is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Gracie told us before the fight that he's been working on his elbows. An under utilised technique these days - let's see if it can sway the outcome of the fight.
