The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Greaves closes the distance and clinches.

Plugger postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Greaves is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Plugger, into his guard.

Greaves really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Plugger. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dennis Davids (ranked 2738 p4p, 308 weight class) and Luke Quincy (ranked 3044 p4p, 333 weight class). Dennis Davids had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 187.4lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.
