The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Godunov clinches up with Martins and pushes him back against the cage.

Godunov jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Martins walks away with a smile on his face. Godunov gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

and Martins counters with a right hand to the body.
Martins stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Martins is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
