The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

A momentary lapse in concentration from Willshire enables Firenzi to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Willshire manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Firenzi is looking to work some ground and pound but Willshire has wrist control.

A jab and a right hook connect and Willshire buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Willshire!! Willshire is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Firenzi throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hatton takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Hatton shoots in looking for a takedown. Forealius tries to sprawl out of it but Hatton keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Forealius manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Hatton fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Hatton goes for a double leg but Forealius avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Forealius continues to drive forward.

Testerton drops back, looking for a kneebar! Yoshi looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Yoshi looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Yoshi!

Yoshi really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Holey throws a head kick but Rollins moves out of range.
Rollins connects with a solid leg kick.

Nick Holey seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

The referee asks Rollins politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Rollins prefers to stall for the moment though.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Yuri Boyka (ranked 1071 p4p, 137 weight class) and Kalis Matrovsky (ranked 1973 p4p, 218 weight class). Boyka kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Norman - Fury. Matrovsky has chosen Drop it on the one! as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Kalis Matrovsky told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

It looked like Boyka wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
