Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Barbosa (ranked 4108 p4p, 392 weight class) and Junior Dos Santos (ranked 2855 p4p, 316 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Barbosa keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Dos Santos has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Barbosa.
Dos Santos has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Dos Santos there as he acknowledges the shot.
Barbosa displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Dos Santos.
Barbosa throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Dos Santos on the side of the head.
Barbosa connects with a leg kick. Dos Santos looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.

Barbosa tries to counter by clinching up but Dos Santos breaks away and moves out of range.

Well Sila has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
