The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva wants to clinch.
Deadly went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Silva fails with the takedown
letting Deadly counter with a right hand.
Rodrigo Silva seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Deadly scores with a jab to the jaw.

It looks like Rodrigo Silva has been cut.
Deadly comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Silva tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Deadly counters with a huge left! Silva is in big trouble! He's backing up but Deadly isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Silva from any more damage. A dominating finish by Deadly!

Ron Deadly spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Onera shoots in looking for a takedown. Joe tries to sprawl out of it but Onera keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Joe manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Joe throws a big counter combination but Onera scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage.

Onera throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Joe tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Onera is in Joe's guard.

Joe pushes Onera off and gets back to his feet.
Onera has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Onera attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Onera connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Onera shoots in for a takedown but Joe shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Joe has control of Onera's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Onera regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Some bone on bone action there as West checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Gai throws a sloppy head kick and West moves out of range easily.
West tries to clinch but Gai moves out of range.
West on the wrong end of a nice jab.
Gai fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches West on the side of the head.
Gai looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Gai goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
West is clearly looking to counter with head kicks.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Gai lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and West has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from West and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Beltran wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Beltran cracks a nice hook into Durnagoz's ribs.

Beltran looks to land a combination. Durnagoz sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.

It looks like Immamali Osman Durnagoz has been cut.

Durnagoz misses with a low kick.
Durnagoz misses with an attempted mid kick.
We've been hearing reports that Beltran has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Beltran feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Beltran lands a big head kick that sends Durnagoz tumbling to the mat! Beltran takes a step backwards and waves Durnagoz back to his feet - he wants the finish!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 17 - 6 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Elijah Judah!
The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Jorge Garcia and Steve Montenegro.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A punch combination from Dennis misses.
A slow jab from Judah misses its intended target.
Dennis walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

It looks like Holt Dennis has been cut.
Judah connects with a body shot.
Judah has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Dennis is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Dennis tries to clinch up
and Judah counters with a nice body shot.
Dennis is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Judah scores with a jab. Dennis acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Judah on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Dennis wants to clinch up but Judah keeps it at a distance.
A nice side step and Judah releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Judah scores with a shot to the body.

Dennis moves into the clinch successfully.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Dennis with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.

Judah manages to break the clinch.
Dennis uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Judah.

Dennis misses with a takedown attempt - Judah sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Dennis moves out of range as Judah strikes.
Dennis takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.

Judah jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Judah lands a right hook to the body.
Judah throws a nice inside leg kick.
Judah circles away from the clinch attempt.
Dennis uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Judah.

Judah swats away the attempt to clinch by Dennis.
Elijah Judah is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Dennis tries to close the distance and clinch up but Judah swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Judah swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Dennis tries to clinch but Judah moves out of range.
Judah throws out a counter right but Dennis avoids it with no problem.
Dennis moves in looking to clinch but Judah pushes him off.
Judah fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Dennis has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
A right-left combo lands from Dennis.
Judah lands a nice shot that snaps Dennis's head back.

Dennis changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Judah looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Dennis prevents Judah from escaping the position.

Dennis stands up and beckons Judah to his feet.
Dennis takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Dennis is rocked!
Dennis tries to clinch up but Judah circles away and keeps his distance.
Oh Dennis is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Judah uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Dennis.
Dennis gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Judah counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Dennis takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Dennis misses the shot to the body.
Judah throws an overhand right that lands on Dennis's shoulder, as Dennis tries to avoid the shot.
Dennis misses with a lunging right hand
and Judah counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Judah drops Dennis with a straight right hand, right on the button! Judah follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
