The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sloppy strikes from Ruas. Those never looked like landing.
Ruas dives in and grabs Nurudinov's left leg, looking for a takedown. Nurudinov pushes down on Ruas's head and hops out.

Nurudinov closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Nurudinov lands in his opponent's guard.

Ruas escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Nurudinov gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
