The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Franklin takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.

Hassan lands a left and a right that send Franklin crashing to the mat, dazed. Hassan thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

It looks like Buddy Franklin has been cut.

Hassan decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Hassan stops Franklin from getting back to his feet.
Franklin has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Hassan is working away from the top position though.
