The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zan lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Zan catches Dupree with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Zan scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Zan fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Dupree takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Zan fakes a head shot and lands one to the body.
Dupree looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Dupree's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Zan connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Dupree scrambles back to his feet.

Nouveau is staying active underneath Ahr, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Ahr looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Nouveau with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Ahr lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Nouveau quite badly. Nouveau pulls Ahr in close trying to recover. Ahr postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Nouveau on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Nouveau doesn't seem to be complaining too much.

and Lawrence counters with a right, left combo that wobbles Minaj badly! Lawrence follows up with a massive right hook, straight to the bridge of the nose that knocks Minaj out cold! Oh wow, what a finish! Very reminiscent of Koscheck vs Yoshida as Lawrence finished him against the cage.

Turturro is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.

Guedes drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Guedes jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Guedes is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Turturro has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Guedes is looking to defend but Turturro has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Guedes! Turturro pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Guedes taps out and this one is all over!

After the fight, Giampaolo Turturro was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.

You Really Want To Hurt felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.
