Patton shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Dunnachai's guard.

Heritageaka tries to get to his feet but Golov is just battering him from every conceivable angle. The ref decides that Heritageaka is in need of a savior and steps in!
