Mayer postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Ali covers up, he's hurt! Mayer keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Mayer and the ref steps in to end the fight! Mayer can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.

Diaz closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Hines tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Diaz presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!
Hines tries to lock up and control but Diaz gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Diaz cracks Hines with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
Diaz will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
