Hess tries to clinch but Short is having none of it.

Short connects with a right hand. Hess shakes it off.
KJ Short seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Hess shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Short takes the fight into the clinch.
Short gets through Hess's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Short lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.

Miller stuns Mason with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Mason shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Miller counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Mason thinking.
Miller punishes Mason's body with a nice straight punch.

and Miller counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Mason gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Miller counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Preston Mason. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Moore fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Chan looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Moore cracks Chan with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.

Good standup being displayed there by Omaha as he connects with a hook.
Omaha lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Omaha tries to clinch but Ross moves out of range.
Ross takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Omaha scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

Ross shoots in looking for a takedown. Omaha tries to sprawl out of it but Ross keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Omaha manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Ross throws a head kick but Omaha moves out of range.
Ross takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Omaha clobbers Ross with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Ross throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Omaha's waist but Omaha gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Ross off to one side.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Ross tries for a takedown but Omaha sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Razz Omaha has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rick Ross.

Ross has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Omaha should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Ross has tightened it up now! Omaha should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
