The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hume is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
KT connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Hume's hands.
Hume throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
A little jabbing left from KT on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Hume with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling KT to score with a decent uppercut.
KT sizes up Hume with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Hume throws an ugly left hook that misses
and KT connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
KT has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
KT jabs Hume right on the nose. Hume blinks but takes it well.

It looks like Damocles Hume has been cut.
Hume lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook.
Hume closes the distance but KT moves to the side
and KT counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
KT throws a big shot that misses.
Hume throws a combination but it was largely blocked by KT.

KT is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

KT uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Hume.
KT throws a series of punches but Hume moves out of range.
KT lands a jab to the nose.
Kalle KT seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
KT circles away from the clinch attempt.

KT keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Hume takes one on the button.

Hume rushes KT and presses him up against the ropes.
Hume definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
KT lands a right hand that snaps the head of Hume backwards.

Hume could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
KT looks to throw an elbow but misses.
KT lands with a short shot to the head.
KT lands a right hand that snaps the head of Hume backwards.
Oh Hume is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
KT lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Hume or not.

KT breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Hume seems to have got his legs back now.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
KT connects with a crushing straight, right on the bridge of Hume's nose, sending him crumpling to the mat! That's really rocked Hume - is he going to beat the count??? 4,5,6,7,8,9.....10 - he's not made it - this one is all over!

Louis Bowen decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
Lroy Valentine was interviewed post fight and said 'hey i am still prettier than your bitch punk. i want a rematch'.
