Valuev rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but The Gladiator moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Valuev will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Bala switches off momentarily and Cobb cracks him with a monster right hand! Bala topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Cobb dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Cobb!

Butler has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Passion cracks Beleze with a hook to the temple - Beleze is on wobbly legs here! Passion swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Beleze falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Passion wins by TKO!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Uzo dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Steve lands with a cross.
Uzo swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Steve defending well as Uzo loads up on a big left hand.
A telegraphed right hand from Uzo misses the target.
Steve scores with a nice right hand.
Steve tries to clinch there but Uzo circles away.

Steve moves into the clinch successfully.

Uzo pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Steve tries to close the distance and clinch but Uzo swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Steve's jab looks to have found its range, popping Uzo under the eye.

Steve has Uzo pressed against the cage, preventing Uzo from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Steve lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Steve definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Steve loads up on a right hand - it lands flush and knocks Uzo senseless! What a punch!

After the fight, Mark Steve was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.

Mann can't keep his opponent in guard - Butcher advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Butcher lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.

Butcher is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Mann is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
