Mad turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Mad manages to end up in side control.

Mad decides to stand back up. Mad steps back and let's Falls get back to his feet.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Mad uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Max Mad showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. This is the final round!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Falls is staying active underneath Mad, who seems content to just control the action from this position.

Mad uses his free foot to push down on Falls's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Falls.
