Wooden Stick was interviewed post fight and said 'There were things going into this fight I should have contemplated, but failed to do so. I must learn to evolve mentally, to learn my opponent and study the fight. I will come back stronger. '.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Filipovic throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Filipovic bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Filipovic keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Klice.
Filipovic thuds his shin into the meat of Klice's side.
Filipovic throws a low kick but Klice moves out of range easily.
Klice throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

Klice shoots in and bounces Filipovic off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Klice scoring with some ground and pound.
Klice with a nice head shot there.
Klice working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
Filipovic avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
Klice connects with a couple of short punches.
Filipovic definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Filipovic is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

Klice drops back looking for a leg! Filipovic is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Filipovic manages to kick Klice off! Klice jumps back into Filipovic's guard.

Klice works over Filipovic with some ground and pound from guard.
Klice stands up over Filipovic, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Klice forces his way into half guard.
Klice lands with a punch from half guard.

Filipovic is rocked!

Klice is working for a kimura but Filipovic is defending it quite comfortably.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Klice works his way into full mount!
Klice has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Filipovic's face.
Klice lands a couple of good shots and Filipovic has given up his back, trying to escape the position!
Filipovic is trapped and Klice is scoring with shots to the head and body.
Oh Filipovic is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Klice drops a big shot to the side of Filipovic's head! Oh, Filipovic is out! He's out cold! Klice jumps to his feet and celebrates with his corner. In his post fight interview he thanks God. Saying that without him, he wouldn't have the power to knock his opponent senseless. Amen.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Simbo Klice!
In his post fight interview, Simbo Klice started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.

Thundercunt closes the distance and pushes Lang back into the cage.
Thundercunt tries to work over Lang's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Thundercunt misses with a body punch.
A left hand lands to the body for Thundercunt.
Lang fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Thundercunt tries a body shot but Lang blocks it.
Lang is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Thundercunt to keep the fight standing.
Lang stalling against the cage.
Both fighters working to control the clinch.

Thundercunt breaks from the clinch.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Thundercunt drops Lang with a beautiful combination! Lang stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Thundercunt is looking for the KO!

It looks like Joe Lang has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Lang just misses with a punch to the body.
Thundercunt throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Lang blocks a leg kick.
A head kick by Lang misses

and Thundercunt counters with a crisp right hand that drops Lang! Thundercunt lets Lang back up to his feet, looking for a finish!

Lang is rocked!

Lang walks into a picture perfect straight right hand from Thundercunt! He's gone down face first to the canvas, unconscious before he even hit the floor! Ohhhh. My. Goodness! That boys and girls was a beautiful knockout! Give that man a biscuit!
