White feinted with a counter takedown.
Grey takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
White lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
Decent striking displayed by White there.
White scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Grey doesn't seem bothered though.
White throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Grey colapses and takes a barrage of punches from White as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Grey is left battered and dazed whilst White and his camp cheer!

A head kick misses from Rothstein.
Rothstein throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Ishii looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger.
Sam Rothstein seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ishii dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Rothstein. That did some damage!
Rothstein tries to clinch but Ishii is having none of it.

We've been informed that Rothstein has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sher Shah Suri (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Antoine Wallace (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wallace is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Pray by Jay-Z feat. Rob Dougan. Antoine Wallace struggled to make weight for this fight. He only made it down to 187.4lbs at the first attempt and had to take the additional two hours to make the official bout weight. Let's see how much it's taken out of him. On his way into the cage it seems that Sher Shah Suri has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Sher Shah Suri seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed right hand from Suri misses the target.
Wallace misses the shot to the body.
Wallace is looking to chop away at Suri's legs.
Wallace takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Wallace's coach down at Palazzo Paisano was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Wallace's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
Wallace closes the distance looking to clinch
and Suri connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Wallace tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Wallace throws a leg kick but Suri sees it coming and moves out of range.
A little feinted left hand from Suri on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Wallace throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Antoine Wallace seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Suri is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Wallace moves to clinch but Suri breaks away

and Suri counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Suri arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Wallace's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Sher Shah Suri!
Sher Shah Suri decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
In defeat, Antoine Wallace stepped up to the mic, saying 'He was the better man tonight...the A-Train will be back and better than ever.'.

An attempted straight right counter from Kwiecinski misses the target.
Pintos has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
El Pintos seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nice defenses there by Kwiecinski.
It looked like Kwiecinski wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Kwiecinski uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Pintos.
Pintos swings for the body but Kwiecinski moves out of range.

Pintos has managed to clinch.
Pintos works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Kwiecinski lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Kwiecinski lands a nice uppercut.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Pintos lands a nice elbow from the clinch.
Pintos lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Kwiecinski backwards.
Pintos creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Kwiecinski's defenses.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Pintos lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Kwiecinski backwards.
Pintos lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.

Kwiecinski is rocked!

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Pintos creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Kwiecinski with a big uppercut! Kwiecinski tries to clinch up but Pintos pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Kwiecinski to the mat! Kwiecinski covers up and Pintos unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

Main event

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ken Tentheros (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Julio El Toro (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ken Tentheros had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 186.1lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. This should be a great matchup!

It looks like Ken Tentheros has been cut.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from El Toro.
Tentheros tries to bum rush El Toro with a series of wild strikes but El Toro uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Tentheros sets himself, and El Toro steps forward looking for the clinch! Tentheros avoids it this time.
El Toro takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

It looks like Julio El Toro has been cut.
El Toro ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
El Toro getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
El Toro dives in for a single leg takedown but Tentheros sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
El Toro tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Tentheros swivels and escapes.
Ken Tentheros has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Julio El Toro.
El Toro misses with a hook. Tentheros ducked under it nicely.
Tentheros scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
El Toro closes this distance looking for a takedown but Tentheros circles away.
Whack! Tentheros lands a heavy head kick that drops El Toro. The ref tackles Tentheros to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because El Toro was done.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). Ken Tentheros!
Ken Tentheros gave a mention to Steel Penn Nutrition 160Q in his post fight interview. That will please them (and hopefully generate some sales).
