The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ching looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Johnson is fending him off so far but Ching persists. Nope, Johnson circles away and we're back to standing.

Ching walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

Ching tries to clinch but Johnson moves out of range.
Ching has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Johnson finds it's way round the side to connect with Ching's head.
Benny Johnson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ching takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

No joy there for Johnson, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
We've been hearing reports that Ching has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Johnson Throws a clean left jab. Johnson Twirls his body and connects with a Spinning Back Fist that connects flush with Ching's chin! Ching crumbles to the ground and Johnson follows up with some unanswered strikes. It's all over!! Nice standup skills displayed by Johnson!

Anus is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Freire is defending well for now.

Anus slowing the pace effectively.

Gomez changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Spice tries to avoid it but Gomez manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Spice to the ground. Spice escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Spice drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Gomez defends it well.
Gomez shoots for a double leg takedown but Spice sprawls well. He's pushed Gomez's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Estima feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
