Mills bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Filipovic's head backwards.

It looks like Mirko Filipovic has been cut.

Mills throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Filipovic stumbling backwards into the ropes! Filipovic bounces back off the ropes towards Mills, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Mills lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Mills celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.

That was a close second round but I would say that Alberto Aquilani will probably get the nod.
