Stan Militia seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Militia throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Militia scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Khabilov shoots in but no luck this time.
Militia is pawing at Khabilov, trying to feel the distance before throwing out a cross that crashes into Khabilov's nose. Khabilov is badly hurt! Militia pounces, throwing wild strikes as both fighters end up on the ground! Khabilov tries desperately to hold on but Militia is relentless in his assault! As Khabilov receives an ever increasing number of unanswered strikes the referee pulls Militia away and this one is in the books!

After the fight, Stan Militia was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.

City shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Mahmoud eats them both and turns towards City to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

It looks like Sameh Mahmoud has been cut.

Mahmoud moves into the clinch successfully.
City wants to get back to striking at distance but Mahmoud won't allow it.
Mahmoud lands a left hand.
City blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Mahmoud tries a body shot but City blocks it.
City lands a left hand that snaps the head of Mahmoud backwards.

City pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Mahmoud stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
City takes a jab right on the kisser.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw City working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.

Mahmoud turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Mahmoud manages to end up in side control.
Mahmoud is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that City can do to turn this around?

City seems to have recovered his senses.

We've been hearing that Mahmoud has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.

Goon City's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Goon City's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
