The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Bishop looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Mumro!
Mumro tries to get back to half guard but can't.

Bishop swings around for an armbar but Mumro sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Bishop's guard.
Mumro would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Mumro stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Bishop swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Bishop wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Mumro would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
Bishop tries to land a sweep but no joy.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Lance Bishop seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Mumro moves out of range of the body kick.

Bishop shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Mumro napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Mumro can't do much from the bottom here.
A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet.

Bishop has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Mumro is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Bishop yanks on the arm and Mumro is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Bishop.

Adams will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Cazeres walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Adams checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Adams throws a body shot but no joy.
Adams digs a good hook to Cazeres's body.
Adams connects with an inside leg kick.
Cazeres connects with an inside leg kick.
Adams tests Cazeres's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Cazeres looks for the body kick but Adams saw that one coming.

Adams waves his right hand out in front of him, looking to distract Cazeres. Oh, he's unloaded a beast of a left hand - it worked! He's dropped Cazeres to the canvas! Can he finish him!?

Cazeres is rocked!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Adams content to stall in guard here.
Cazeres is still in real trouble! Can Adams finish him?
Adams advances position into side control!

Adams has an Americana. Cazeres didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Adams is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Adams hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
