1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, jesse james! The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Skip Squint and Summer Carpenter.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A looping hook to the body misses from St Peter. james does a little dance to reset his feet. james throws the kick towards the body but St Peter avoids it.
Excellent takedown into side control there by james. St Peter seems a little lost for a moment, as james dominates the positioning. St Peter is trying to buck james off.
james looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
james is trying to get an arm triangle but St Peter is defending well. james postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
St Peter wants to get back to his feet but james drags him back down. St Peter tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but james wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. St Peter is trying to buck james off.

Punishment takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Punishment shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Barnes lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Barnes bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Punishment's head backwards. Punishment moves forwards but Barnes connects with a nice, crisp jab. Barnes turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sel lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Sel moves into range and connects with a jab. Jax throws a leg kick but Sel sees it coming and moves out of range. Jax shoots in for a takedown but Sel shows good takedown defense. Jax misses with a takedown attempt - Sel sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Jax avoids the head kick by Sel.

A combination from Sel does no damage. Sel moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body. Jax looks for a takedown but Sel sprawls well. Selly Sel has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Garet Jax. Sel manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Jax swivels though and keeps the full guard. Selly Sel is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

This has been an exciting period of action! Mafusa shoots for a takedown but Thomas saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Mafusa shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Thomas as he jumps to the side.

I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Mafusa takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Thomas lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Mafusa can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Thomas and Mafusa drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Thomas.

 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sexual misses with a double jab.
Shidoshi gets the takedown into side control. Sexual tries to escape but Shidoshi is in control. Shidoshi scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Sexual to see if he's OK.
 It looks like Homo Sexual has been cut. Shidoshi works to advance to full mount. Sexual defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs. Shidoshi controlling from mount. Shidoshi lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
 Sexual is rocked! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Shidoshi loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Sexual scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Shidoshi land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Shidoshi stands and salutes the crowd.

Williams steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Hawkins. Hawkins connects with a right hand. Williams shakes it off. Hawkins is looking to clinch but Williams is avoiding it.

Williams takes a knee to the side of the body. Hawkins makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut. A short uppercut from Hawkins. Williams with a knee to the head.
Hawkins digs a right hand into Williams's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Williams's gas tank. Williams blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning. A quick uppercut on the inside from Hawkins. Williams wants a takedown.
Hawkins stalls. Williams prevents a body shot from Hawkins. Hawkins lands on the inside with an uppercut. Hawkins gets through Williams's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

Williams will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Williams fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Hawkins avoids it really well and circles away.
 That's two minutes gone in the round.
The fight moves into the clinch position. An uppercut to the body lands inside from Hawkins. Hawkins will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Williams up against the cage. Williams fails to land with a short punch on the inside.

and Hawkins counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Williams drops down looking for an ankle pick but Hawkins pulls his leg out and moves away.
Hawkins blocks a leg kick. Williams fails with the takedown and Hawkins counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Williams is trying to drag Hawkins to the mat but Hawkins just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. A short right hand to the side of the head by Hawkins. Hawkins tries to land a knee to the head but misses.

Hawkins escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

and Williams counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Hawkins tries to get to full guard but Williams has control of the leg. Hawkins is trying to control but can't.
Williams throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Hawkins is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Hawkins wants to control but Williams is keeping busy and won't allow it.
 That's four minutes gone in the round. Hawkins keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Hawkins can do anything to dispel that myth. Williams thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Hawkins tries to get to full guard but Williams has control of the leg. Colt Williams has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
 The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Williams shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Hawkins smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Williams scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Hawkins darts in and clinches Williams up against the cage. Hawkins lands with a light punch inside. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Hawkins scores with a hook to the body. Hawkins lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Williams or not. Nice body punch from Hawkins. Nice body punch from Hawkins. Williams is trying to drag Hawkins to the mat but Hawkins just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. A nice left hand lands by Hawkins.
And that's the end of the fight! Carmine Hawkins comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Hawkins winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Leonard Black! The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Summer Carpenter and Winston Howard.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Drogbah lands with a nice combination. Black backs away looking to recover.
 It looks like Leonard Black has been cut. Black fails to land the takedown. A punch combination from Drogbah misses. A jab lands there for Drogbah. A shot to de liver by Drogbah. Beautiful body shot. Black looks gassed! Black moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Black takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Drogbah connects with a body shot. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Black moves out of range of the body kick from Drogbah.
Drogbah throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Black. It's a brutal combination of punches from Drogbah! Black is backing up but he can't get away as Drogbah lands with one final shot to the jaw that drops Black and ends the fight. Great knockout.
