A looping hook to the body misses from Grimes. Bum does a little dance to reset his feet.
Beach Bum seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bum closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Grimes's guard.
Grimes really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Bum. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Grimes pulls Bum in close to prevent any damage.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Grimes can do anything to dispel that myth.

Grimes has managed to wall walk up one of the corner posts to get back to his feet. Bum is pushing him up against the cage, looking to control the position.

Bum throws a nice looking combination but Grimes bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Grimes takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Bum throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Bum fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Grimes avoids it really well and circles away.
Bum lands a two punch combo.
It looks like Rick Grimes has been cut.

Bum misses with a double jab
and Grimes counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
