The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Punishment punishes Cooper's body with a nice straight punch.
Punishment moves into range and connects with a jab.
A slapping body kick lands there for Punishment.

Punishment pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Cooper back to the cage. Punishment follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Cooper gets control of Punishment's arms and successfully pulls guard. Cooper will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.

Cooper has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Punishment is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Cooper.

As Nott tries to get set, Gill tries to push him back and clinch up but Nott manages to avoid the attempt.

Nott lands a left and a right that send Gill crashing to the mat, dazed. Nott thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Oh Gill is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Nott throws a big shot that misses.

Nott lands with a big left! Gill is wobbled badly! Nott comes in with a flurry of punches and drops Gill to the floor. The ref jumps in to save him from unneccessary punishment.

Fisher throws a combination. Ua tries to block but a couple of punches get through.

Ua fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Fisher, pushing him back against the cage.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Fisher as Ua tries to tie him up.
Ua tries to stall but Fisher uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Ua is persisting with his attempts to control the action in the clinch, rather than do any real damage.
Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Ua.

Fisher makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Fisher creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Chris uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
