It looks like Gunner Hilton has been cut.

Oh Hilton is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Kingman drops Hilton with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Hilton looks back up at him and smiles so Kingman waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Hilton avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Kingman sees an opening and throws a straight punch right through Hilton's defenses. It connects perfectly with Hilton's jaw and knocks him out cold! Wow - that's a contender for knockout of the year - absolutely brutal!
