The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Taheri fails to land the takedown.
McHugh throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
McHugh is just holding on here. Taheri manages to take his back.
