Ferguson kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Breaking Benjamin singing "You Fight Me" live for the crowd tonight!!!!. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Beefy Stake was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Stratto feints and then cracks NING's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow NING down.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Stratto lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and NING has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from NING and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Jurgel stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Jurgel wants it to stay on the feet.
Jurgel lets loose with a powerful body kick. Trucker will feel that in the morning.
Trucker throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Jurgel's waist but Jurgel gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Trucker off to one side.
Gorge Jurgel has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Terri Trucker.

Barnett throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Laveaux's waist but Laveaux gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Barnett off to one side.

Barnett shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Laveaux but Laveaux pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Laveaux shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Laveaux connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Barnett's hands.

Barnett postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Laveaux is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Barnett, into his guard.

Barnett has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Laveaux is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Barnett.

Pierre Laveaux overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
Barnett is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Laveaux is one step ahead and moves to full mount!

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Laveaux takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Laveaux fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Barnett to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Barnett looks to clinch but Laveaux throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Barnett taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
