Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Aaron Brown!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Hiro Tsanaka!
The judges for this bout are Saam Ante, Aafke Stam and Albert Achterberg.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Brown looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Tsanaka is fending him off so far but Brown persists. Nope, Tsanaka circles away and we're back to standing.
Brown tries to score a power double leg takedown but Tsanaka sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Brown somewhat.

Brown shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Tsanaka wants to sweep but no luck.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Brown stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Tsanaka swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Brown is posturing up here but Tsanaka has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Brown tries to roll out but it's too tight and Brown has to tap! Slick submission there by Tsanaka!

A very excited looking Hiro Tsanaka made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bang Silouge (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jacques Mesrine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mesrine is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by No Church In The Wild. On his way into the ring it seems that Bang Silouge has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Bang Silouge seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silouge paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Silouge enables Mesrine to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Silouge manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Mesrine decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Silouge, up you get!

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Mesrine manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the ropes.

Mesrine jumps guard but Silouge turns him against the ropes and keeps the fight standing.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Mesrine turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Mesrine manages to end up in side control.

Jacques Mesrine decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
