The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Pegeant takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Lee tries to close the distance and clinch but Pegeant swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Lee shoots in and gets a takedown into Pegeant's guard.
Pegeant trying to keep a closed guard but Lee is proving a slippery customer.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Pegeant escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Lee gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Garcia is trying to drag Francisco to the mat but Francisco just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Oh but Francisco is tightening it up a little... Garcia has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Garcia reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Garcia taps out! Nice BJJ there by Francisco!
