It looks like Curtis Porter has been cut.
Bolton catches Porter with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Porter gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Porter tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Bolton is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Porter buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Porter!! Porter is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Bolton throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.

Elorde dances in with a quick combination. Stone is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Elorde snaps Stone's head back. Stone stumbles backwards against the cage. Elorde steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Stone's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Stone just didn't come prepared.

Contador is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Contador stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Stallone swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Contador fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Stallone has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

It looks like Alberto Contador has been cut.
We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Contador in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Stallone drops Contador with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Contador looks back up at him and smiles so Stallone waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Contador is still on wobbly legs! Can Stallone finish him?

Stallone connects with a left and a right that sees a clearly hurt Contador covering up! Stallone comes in with a big uppercut and Contador goes doooown! He's slumped up against the cage, eyes staring blankly into space.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Martinez throws a looping overhand right but Maclemore ducks down to avoid it.

Martinez shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Martinez showed some decent athleticism there.
Maclemore is not content to let Martinez control the position.

Maclemore felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.
Maclemore wants to get back to full guard.
Martinez slips a nice elbow through Maclemore's hands, connecting with Maclemore's forehead.
Martinez works his way into side control.
Check out the look on Martinez's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Maclemore takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
Maclemore is looking to regain half guard here but Martinez keeps moving and retains side control.
Maclemore takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.

Maclemore tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Martinez wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Maclemore is not in a great position here, taking some shots.
Maclemore is still in real trouble! Can Martinez finish him?
Martinez scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Maclemore is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Martinez can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!
