The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cruz tries to score a power double leg takedown but Jackson sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Cruz somewhat.
Cruz seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Jackson lands a nice shot to the body.
Nice sprawl there from Jackson as Cruz shoots in.
Jackson throws a chopping leg kick but Cruz manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Sloppy strikes from Cruz. Those never looked like landing.

Jackson shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Cruz's guard.

Jackson is posturing up here but Cruz has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Jackson tries to roll out but it's too tight and Jackson has to tap! Slick submission there by Cruz!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Frazier fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Frazier closes this distance looking for a takedown but Ho circles away.

Frazier gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Ho distracts Frazier with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
Ho throwing strikes from guard but Frazier blocks nicely.

Frazier looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Ho wants to pass the guard but Frazier is keeping the position.
Ho is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at Gracie Barra Hilo (Three 2x Elite Coaches for $300 that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet.

Frazier is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Ho defends well.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Ho working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.

Frazier looking to try and escape his hips here, looking for a submission. It looks like he's going for a triangle but Ho is defending well. Frazier quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Ho has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Frazier celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.

Dragunav closes the distance and clinches up with Nuts, looking for a takedown. Dragunav pushes Nuts against the cage but Nuts circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Nuts lands with a nice combination. Dragunav backs away looking to recover.

Dragunav takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Nuts throws a lazy right hand but Dragunav sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Dragunav crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Nuts - the referee stops the clock and Dragunav gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Nuts. Dragunav manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Dragunav has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Nuts.

Dragunav fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Nuts, pushing him back against the cage.

Nuts breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Dragunav misses with a takedown attempt
and Nuts counters with a head kick. That will keep Dragunav thinking before he tries any more sloppy attacks!
Slap Nuts is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Nuts feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Dragunav's calf.
Nuts walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

and Nuts counters with a nice low kick that buckles Dragunav's knee momentarily.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Nuts feints a jab promting Dragunav to slip. Nuts then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Dragunav slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

We've been informed that Nuts has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Dragunav using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Nuts has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Dragunav misses with a body punch.
Nuts dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage.

Nuts jumps into guard, dragging Dragunav to the mat.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
Dragunav stopping the sweep attempt from Nuts.
Nuts is trying to keep Dragunav in close.
Nuts might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Dragunav haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Nuts wants to sweep but no luck.
Dragunav slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

OK we're going to have a standup here. Slap Nuts hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.

Nuts wants to improve his position but Dragunav is controlling well.

Mauler Jackman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jackman scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Moogle doesn't seem bothered though.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Jackman takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

Moogle uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Jackman.
Moogle stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Moogle blocks a head kick by Jackman.
Jackman throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Moogle keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Jackman.
Moogle slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

Jackman is rocked!
Moogle looks for a left high kick but can't connect. Moogle backs up to catch a breather... no he lunges forward with a huge flying knee that smacks Jackman's temple! It sends Jackman violently to the canvas! The crowd goes nuts as Moogle celebrates and the doctors try to help Jackman!

Ganger throws an overhand right that lands on Troeng's shoulder, as Troeng tries to avoid the shot.

Ganger shoots for a takedown but Troeng saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

and Troeng counters with a huge left! Ganger is in big trouble! He's backing up but Troeng isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Ganger from any more damage. A dominating finish by Troeng!
