12 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ebenezer Scrooge! The judges for this bout are Topper Green, Ben Watson and Chris Dean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Crocop lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Crocop.
It looks like Ebenezer Scrooge has been cut. Crocop throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Scrooge counters with a nice uppercut.
It looks like Mirko Crocop has been cut. Scrooge misses with a looping left. Crocop scores with a nice body kick.
Scrooge paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Crocop misses with a head kick.
Scrooge takes a kick to the side of the head. We've been told by Crocop's head coaches at Finch Farm that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Crocop misses with a body kick. Crocop tries a head kick but it misses.

Crocop throws a sloppy head kick and Scrooge moves out of range easily. Crocop throws a head kick that misses. Scrooge keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Crocop. A lazy body kick from Scrooge and Crocop counters with a solid body kick. Scrooge moves out of range of the body kick. Scrooge bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Crocop's head. Crocop misses with a right hand and Scrooge counters with a big head kick but Crocop shrugs it off. Scrooge misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Scrooge jabbing away but nothing is landing. Crocop throws a series of punches but Scrooge moves out of range. Mirko Crocop is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Scrooge cracks Crocop with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage. Scrooge blocks a head kick by Crocop.

Scrooge wants to clinch up but Crocop keeps it at a distance. Crocop looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Crocop throws the kick towards the body but Scrooge avoids it. Crocop scores with a spinning back kick! A head kick misses from Scrooge. Scrooge takes a head kick and keeps coming.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here. The fighters circling - Crocop throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Crocop is looking to land body kicks. Crocop scores with a head kick.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Scrooge looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Crocop is not content to let Scrooge control the position. Crocop tries to kick Scrooge off but Scrooge keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Scrooge is taking a breather. Crocop says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Crocop is staying active underneath Scrooge, who seems content to just control the action from this position. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Ebenezer Scrooge has forced the referee to step in and restart the fight on the feet. Scrooge lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Good shot there by Scrooge. A jab from Scrooge misses. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Mirko Crocop will probably get the nod. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Scrooge walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Mirko Crocop seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Scrooge throws a wild body kick that Crocop sees coming a mile off. A slapping body kick lands there for Crocop. Scrooge cracks Crocop with a good jab. Scrooge ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Crocop moves away. Scrooge is looking to clinch. Crocop looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it. Crocop pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Crocop tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Crocop here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man. Scrooge throws a head kick that misses and Crocop counters with a good, hard body kick but Scrooge shrugs it off.
That's one minute gone in the round. Scrooge takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Crocop throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Mirko Crocop is winning the standup battle so far. Crocop looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Crocop throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Crocop scores with a hook. No joy there for Scrooge, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Crocop goes for a high kick. It partially lands. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Scrooge misses with a hook. Crocop ducked under it nicely. Scrooge lands with a right hand. Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Crocop.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Crocop misses with a right hand and Scrooge counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. A swing and a miss from Crocop. Scrooge tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Scrooge jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.

Scrooge takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Mirko Crocop is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Scrooge is looking to clinch. A decent looking body kick lands there for Crocop. Crocop throws a series of punches but Scrooge avoids them all with ease. Scrooge bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Scrooge darts in and out, connecting with a jab. A decent looking cross lands there for Crocop. Crocop throws a half hearted mid kick. A telegraphed right hand from Scrooge misses the target. Crocop throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena. Scrooge scores with a jab to the head.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Crocop ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Crocop keeps the fight on the outside. Crocop throws a series of punches but Scrooge avoids them all with ease. Scrooge ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Crocop moves away. Crocop throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Scrooge. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Crocop lands with a kick to the ribs.
No luck for Scrooge with that takedown attempt. Scrooge moves to clinch but Crocop breaks away and Crocop connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Scrooge scores with a crisp jab that stopped Crocop in his tracks. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Crocop has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Crocop there as he acknowledges the shot. Scrooge has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Crocop. Scrooge clinches up against the cage. Crocop manages to break the clinch.

That has opened up Ebenezer Scrooge's cut even more. Crocop tries to keep at a distance but Scrooge has taken the fight into the clinch. Scrooge jumps guard.

Scrooge has his foot on Crocop's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Crocop works his way back into a safe position though. Crocop trying to control but Scrooge is working from the bottom. Scrooge looking for subs off his back but Crocop has passed one foot through into half guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Scrooge works his way to full guard. Good work. Crocop knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Scrooge on the ground. Scrooge working for a triangle but Crocop defends it easily.
Crocop wants to control from the top but Scrooge keeps moving. Scrooge is looking to cinch up a triangle. Crocop throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Scrooge's body to avoid the submission. Scrooge has instead reached around Crocop's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Scrooge arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:55 of round 3, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Ebenezer Scrooge! Ebenezer Scrooge tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.

and Aventador takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Aventador tries to clinch there but McCallum circles away.
Aventador takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Aventador moves out of range as McCallum strikes. Aventador fakes high and swings low for a body shot but McCallum manages to avoid it. Aventador tries to close the distance and clinch but McCallum swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. McCallum walks into a jab.
It looks like Mike McCallum has been cut. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Aventador gets in close and instigates a clinch. Aventador lands a hook that snaps the head of McCallum backwards. Aventador working aggressively here.

McCallum let out a lung full of air as it connected. Aventador is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace. McCallum drops down looking for an ankle pick but Aventador pulls his leg out and moves away.

Aventador tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. McCallum manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Aventador throws an overhand right that drops McCallum like a sack of potatoes! Aventador dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!

It looks like Bang McGee has been cut. Mama tries to clinch up. Mama closes the distance and clinches up with McGee, looking for a takedown. Mama pushes McGee against the cage but McGee circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. McGee swings widly with a right hand

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ali throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Ali throws a hook but Witson avoids it easily. Witson moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Witson has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Witson tries to clinch but Ali moves out of range. Johny Witson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Donk. Ali catches Witson right on the button with a cross. Witson clinches up with Ali and pushes him back against the cage. Ali can't break the clinch.
Ali's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Witson pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Witson ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Ali moves away. Witson thows a body shot but no joy. Ali scores with a nice head shot. Witson smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
It looks like Monty Ali has been cut. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Witson bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Ali's head. Ali slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jab, jab by Hades - just one landing. Hades tried to score with a low kick but Robinson checks it. Hades lands a body shot.
Hades stuffs the takedown attempt from Robinson. Robinson gets slowly back to his feet. Robinson's coach down at War Hogs Academy was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Robinson's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Robinson fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Hades on the side of the head.
It looks like Sam Hades has been cut. Hades lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Robinson circles away quickly and effectively. Robinson is trying hard to land a takedown here. Hades sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Hades lands a nice looking body shot.
Robinson swats away the attempt to clinch by Hades. A punch combination from Hades misses. Hades throws a body punch but Robinson moves out of range. Robinson shoots in looking for a takedown. Hades manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Sam Hades has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. Hades makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Robinson working for a triangle but Hades defends it easily.

No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Robinson lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard. Robinson controls from within his opponent's guard. Hades is trying to control the position but Robinson postures up. Robinson trying to control but Hades is working from the bottom.

Robinson tries to free his leg and advance position but Hades is retaining full guard. Hades looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
