The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Silva wants it to stay on the feet.
Lister shoots in for a takedown but Silva shows good takedown defense.
Silva dodges the punch combination from Lister.
Silva throws a leg kick which misses Lister's front leg but catches the back leg as Lister tries to avoid it.
Lister throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Silva has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Silva tries to land a front kick but Lister steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Helix jabbing away but nothing is landing.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Bobby Helix dominated that fourth round.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!


Helix comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Reva on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Reva throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Helix stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Reva takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Helix cracks the inside of Reva's front leg.
Reva shoots for a takedown but Helix saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

A momentary lapse in concentration from Helix enables Reva to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Helix manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Reva wants to control from the top but Helix keeps moving.
Both of our modern day gladiators look out of it here - a gruelling 5 rounds of action taking it's toll on them, no doubt.

Reva has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Helix defend it? Reva steps over the head and cranks it - Helix is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Reva!
