The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Norton is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Rasputin.
Rasputin pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Norton throws a hook to the side of Rasputin's head but Rasputin sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Rasputin scores with a head kick. Norton tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time.

It looks like Scott Norton has been cut.

Styxx takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Steel walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.

It looks like Freddy Steel has been cut.

and Steel counters with a crisp one two that drops Styxx! Steel thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Styxx to his feet! Styxx is in big trouble!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Styxx tries to close the distance and clinch up but Steel swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Styxx uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Steel.

and Steel counters with a crisp one two that drops Styxx! Steel thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Styxx to his feet! Styxx is in big trouble!

Styxx seems to have recovered his senses.
Steel throws out a loose jab but Styxx uses good head movement to avoid it.

Styxx gets in close and instigates a clinch.

Steel shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Styxx but Styxx pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Steel lands a big uppercut and Styxx crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Styxx looks OK. Steel waves Styxx back to his feet!
Styxx is starting to get sloppy and is letting his hands down. Steel just took advantage and landed a stinging jab. Oh! Now a right hook, right on the button! Styxx has gone limp and this one is over!

Freddy Steel decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
