Mandella steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Salonga's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Salonga just didn't come prepared.

Reese shoots in looking for a takedown but Sakuragi manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Reese's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Sakuragi has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Reese shoots in for a takedown but Sakuragi shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Reese on the wrong end of a decent looking cross there.
Sakuragi lands a slapping body shot.
Sakuragi looks to land a combination. Reese sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Reese tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Sakuragi defends well and Reese ends up having to push Sakuragi into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

Sakuragi throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Reese stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

Reese shoots in for a takedown but Sakuragi shows good takedown defense.
Sakuragi cracks Reese's jaw with two stiff jabs then ducks low and throws a soul-severing right uppercut to the mouth!! Reese slumps to the ground with blood on his lips. The referee steps in before Sakuragi can do further damage! This one is done, son!

Tim Sakuragi decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.

Ripgut lands a big uppercut and Helm crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Helm looks OK. Ripgut waves Helm back to his feet!

It looks like James Helm has been cut.
Ripgut lets loose with a powerful body kick. Helm will feel that in the morning.
An inside leg kick lands from Ripgut.
Both fighters circling slowly here as the pace drops. Hopefully one of them does someth.. OOOHHHH!!!! Ripgut throws an absolute beast of a head kick! Helm is done! He's out cold, twisted and contorted up against the cage! Wow!

Balboa is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

Conan Balboa seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Balboa tried to score with a low kick but Unkown checks it.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Unkown moves into full mount! Balboa won't be happy about that!
Balboa tries to buck Unkown off but Unkown takes his back!

Unkown is working for the choke. He's slipped one arm under the chin. Balboa has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Unkown has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Balboa taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Unkown doesn't care though - he's delighted!

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Takashi connects with a nice short shot to Sanders's temple.

Takashi looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Sanders with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Takashi lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Sanders quite badly. Sanders pulls Takashi in close trying to recover. Takashi postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Sanders on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Sanders doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
