A fine choice. The crowd seem to be enjoying Trupu's choice of entrance music: Godsmack I Stand Alone. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Trupu changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Gaia looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Trupu working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Gaia gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Gaia wants to improve his position but Trupu is controlling well.
Trupu throwing shots but Gaia is blocking nicely.
Trupu is looking to take a break and control but Gaia is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

McJitsu takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Vance lands with a good body shot.
Vance circles and sees the opportunity to plant his feet and throw a really nice straight left hand that drops McJitsu to the canvas! McJitsu doesn't know where he is but he's trying to survive - Vance keeps piling on the pressure and forces the referee to step in! This one is aaaaaall over!
