Koopa Troopa seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Troopa connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.

Troopa has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Vincent Volkov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Junior Kilat (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Volkov comes into the arena with The Trooper by Iron Maiden blaring out of the sound system. Junior Kilat told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Gimmick uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Mosaddegh.
Gimmick comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Gimmick tests Mosaddegh's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Gimmick dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Mosaddegh. That did some damage!
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Mosaddegh has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

That was a close round but I would say that Pablo Escobar will probably get the nod.
