Kovalchik kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Get Big by Dorrough. Mikolai Kovalchik had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kovalchik tries to clinch but Abensur moves out of range.
Kovalchik wants to clinch up but Abensur keeps it at a distance.
Kovalchik throws a jab but it's blocked by Abensur.
Kovalchik throws a lazy right hand but Abensur sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
A combination from Abensur does no damage.
Both fighters circling a little - Kovalchik finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.
Abensur wants to clinch but Kovalchik slips to the side
and Kovalchik counters with a left to the body.
Kovalchik tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Abensur counters with a straight right hand.

Rogan has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Pepper finds it's way round the side to connect with Rogan's head.

Pepper shoots in and bounces Rogan off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
Pepper passes Rogan's left leg - he's now in half guard.

Pepper is looking to sinch up a triangle. Rogan throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Pepper's body to avoid the submission. Pepper has instead reached around Rogan's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Pepper arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
