Potter is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Wynne is trying to escape and Potter transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Wynne is forced to tap! Nice work there by Potter! Very nice indeed!

Mckay has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Balls regains guard immediately.
Mckay is pushing down on Balls's leg trying to pass to half guard. Balls is fighting to maintain full guard but Mckay has managed to sneak the leg through.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Balls can do anything to dispel that myth.

Mckay is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Balls to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Balls shrugs it off.

Mckay has hold of Balls's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Balls manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

Mckay with some aggressive grappling here. He's looking for submissions here, rather than waiting for the opportunity to counter.
Mckay cracks Balls with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Bobby Miller.

Gracie closes this distance looking for a takedown but Mustang circles away.

Mustang is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Gracie still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Gracie has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!

Gracie is working to tighten his grip on Mustang's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Mustang has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Gracie is really squeezing tight and eventually Mustang passes out! Gracie breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

Staller drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Julianno manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Staller has Julianno in his guard.

Julianno wants to stand but Staller is controlling his posture from full guard.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Rockzo has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Ring.
Ring's Muay Thai looks sharper than normal. He has obviously been working on it in the gym.
Ring presses Rockzo against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot.
Ring lands a good knee to the midsection. Rockzo won't want to take too many of those.
Ring lands a damaging elbow.

The cut above Doctor Rockzo's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Ring lands with a short shot to the head.
Ring connects with a nasty looking knee right to Rockzo's face.

Rockzo's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Ring comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.

Doctor Rockzo's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Doctor Rockzo's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
