With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Jeremy Vega!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Vega stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Vega wants it to stay on the feet.

Varona tries to score with some ground and pound. Vega controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.

Varona has an Americana. Vega didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Varona is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Varona hooks up with any of them at the after show party.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rebel looks to land a right hand but Woods moved out of range.
Woods throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Rebel counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Woods takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Rebel throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Woods stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Rebel throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Woods on the side of the head.
Woods throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Woods shoots in looking for a takedown but Rebel manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Woods's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Woods fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Woods shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Woods was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Woods tries to score with some ground and pound. Rebel controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.

Rebel is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
The ground and pound from Woods seems to be hitting the mat more than his opponent.
Woods grinds an elbow into Rebel's temple.

Woods is working to tighten his grip on Rebel's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Rebel has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Woods is really squeezing tight and eventually Rebel passes out! Woods breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
