The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

A momentary lapse in concentration from Levi enables Lodbrok to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Levi manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Lodbrok is working Levi over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Levi is looking to defend but Lodbrok has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Levi! Lodbrok pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Levi taps out and this one is all over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Perez needs to keep his hands up - McLeary had a free shot at his head there.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Perez has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Perez dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on McLeary. That did some damage!
