Michael reaches up to try and control the position but Cramdon seems to have an arm triangle now! Uh oh! Michael rolls and tries to escape and now Cramdon has his back!

Michael has to defend the other arm for all he's worth... but Cramdon has managed to get that arm free too and he's tightening the choke! Michael taps out and looks absolutely disgusted with himself. Cramdon doesn't care though - he's delighted!

Baako cracks Shinra with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Baako has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Shinra to stand back up!

Baako connects with a good right hand that stumbles Shinra. Shinra circles away out of range and recomposes himself.

Shinra seems to have recovered his senses.

An intense looking Abdul Raheem took to the microphone post fight and gave a little speech: 'It's been a hard year for me with ups and downs, wins and losses, but I feel comfortable now.
