Handle avoids the head kick by Micheli.
Micheli tries to clinch but fails miserably

and Handle holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Handle fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Micheli to the ground. Handle is now in Micheli's guard.
The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.
Handle controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Handle won't allow Micheli to get back to his feet.
Handle tries to free his leg and advance position but Micheli is retaining full guard.
Handle engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
We've been hearing good reports from Micheli's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.
Handle should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

American looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
American is looking to break free of the clinch but Fildstron has double underhooks.

We've been informed that American has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

JB shoots in looking for a takedown but Silva manages to keep the fight standing, pushing JB's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
JB looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
JB changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Silva tries to avoid it but JB manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Silva to the ground. Silva escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Hui hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
