Reyes throws a sloppy head kick and Xianfa moves out of range easily.
Xianfa misses with a hook.
Xianfa throws a big shot that misses.
Xianfa scores with a jab to the body.
Reyes ducks under a wild hook from Xianfa.
Xianfa circles away from the clinch attempt
and Reyes takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Reyes darts in trying to clinch
and Xianfa counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Xianfa throws a hook but Reyes blocks it.
Xianfa cracks the inside of Reyes's front leg.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Reyes throws a leg kick that is checked
enabling Xianfa to counter with a crisp jab.
Reyes dives in and grabs Xianfa's left leg, looking for a takedown. Xianfa pushes down on Reyes's head and hops out.
Xianfa lands a nice shot that snaps Reyes's head back.
Reyes loses concentration momentarily and Xianfa pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! Reyes crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Xianfa finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Summers gets the takedown into side control.

Takimoto is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Takimoto is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Summers perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Summers has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Summers is trying to control the action in half guard but Takimoto is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

The ref stands the fighters back up. Dylan Summers wasn't doing enough on the ground.
Summers throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
Summers fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Takimoto manages to avoid it.

Takimoto jumps guard but Summers stands there with Takimoto around his waist. Takimoto gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Takimoto gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Kazuyuki Takimoto seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Takimoto throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Summers's waist but Summers gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Takimoto off to one side.
Takimoto connects with a leg kick. Summers looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Blyer drops Hallavaara with a beautiful combination! Hallavaara stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Blyer is looking for the KO!

Blyer thows a left - swing and a miss!
Blyer will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Blyer lands with a big right hook that stumbles Hallavaara - he's out on his feet here! Blyer follows up with another monster hook that separates Hallavaara from consciousness! Hallavaara falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Blyer stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.

A very excited looking Rocky Blyer rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.

Grep swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Shimazu is now in Grep's guard. A big mistake from Grep there, giving up the dominant position!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Grep tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Shimazu stays in close to Grep's body and controls the position.
Grep bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Shimazu's guard.
Grep looking to sit in guard and control but Shimazu gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
Grep manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Grep is in the full mount, landing strikes.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
Shimazu is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
Oooooh, big shot lands for Grep! Shimazu is hurt baaadly! Grep is firing away with more strikes - Shimazu is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!

Hall walks into a left hand.

Hall tries to work over Puppy's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

Puppy changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Hall fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Some bone on bone action there as Puppy checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

Puppy does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Hall uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Hall throws a body punch but Puppy moves out of range.

Hall tries to close the distance and clinch up but Puppy swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Puppy is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Hall pulls him back up using the underhooks.
Hall is pressed up against the cage. Puppy has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Hall down to the mat. Hall avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Puppy uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Hall.

A combination from Puppy does no damage.
Hall throws a lazy right hand but Puppy sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

That was a close round but I would say that Michael Hall will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
