St Georges comes into the arena with I'm no superman (lazlo bane- scrubs theme) blaring out of the sound system. The crowd seem to be enjoying Cylo's choice of entrance music: Skillet - Comatose. Johnson comes into the arena with Decision blaring out of the sound system.
