The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A low kick from Lard is predictable there
and Dardar counters with a nice body kick.
Dardar on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Dardar walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Lard checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Dardar avoids the head kick by Lard.
Dardar throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Lard gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Dardar ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Lard moves away.
Dardar checks a low kick from Lard.
Dardar throws a right and a left that both miss.
Dardar misses with a few strikes there.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Dardar turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
No joy there for Lard, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Dardar throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Lard stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Lard closes the distance but Dardar moves to the side

and Dardar counters by moving into the clinch.
Dardar lands a nice uppercut.

Lard blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Dardar tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Lard's elbow.
Dardar misses with a hook to the ribs.
Dardar lands a left hand.
Dardar lands a body shot in the clinch.
Lard blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Dardar softening up his opponent with strikes, against the ropes.
Dardar throws an elbow but it's blocked.
Lard tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Dardar works on Lard's body with a couple of short punches.
Dardar cracks Lard with a nice body shot.
Lard is breathing heavily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Lard can't find room to land a body shot as Dardar controls the action.
Dardar unloads a knee to the mid-section.
Dardar throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Lards head.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Dardar.
Dardar lands a body shot.
Dardar scores with a nice hook to the head.

Dardar breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Dardar catches Lard napping and connects with a fantastic 3 punch combination that sends Lard crashing to the mat! He's still conscious but he's all over the place - can he beat the count?!? 4,5,6,7,8...9...10! He didn't make it back to his feet! Dardar raises both arms skywards and takes in the roar from the crowd!
