Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good shot there by Serrate.

Glaz fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Serrate to the ground. Glaz is now in Serrate's guard.
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Glaz is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Puff ducks under a wild hook from Renga.
Puff dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Renga. That did some damage!

Puff moves into the clinch.
Renga is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Puff to keep the fight standing.

Puff breaks the clinch.
Insual Renga seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Puff clinches up with Renga and pushes him back against the cage.

Renga has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Puff uses from the top position.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Renga looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Renga is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Puff wants to control from the top but Renga keeps moving.
Puff has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Renga is proving hard to escape from.
Puff's corner is telling him to maintain position.

Renga has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Puff doesn't defend quickly enough and Renga has managed to lock this one up! Can Puff escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Renga on a fantastic submission victory.
