The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zhukov looks to land a combination but Cerien avoids it well.
Zhukov falls off balance throwing a combination
and Cerien counters with a straight punch to the midsection.

Cerien gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
With the fighters up against the cage, Cerien throws an elbow but misses.

Cerien is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Zhukov knows the correct defense though, so he's OK.

Cerien cracks Zhukov with a big right hand but Zhukov just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Cerien lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Zhukov down.

Cerien has hold of Zhukov's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Zhukov seems comfortable defending it but Cerien has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Zhukov is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Zhukov is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Cerien couldn't care less - he's delighted!
