Encanador shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches McGene napping and manages to drive through into side control!
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
McGene is trying to control Encanador's posture but Encanador avoids it.
McGene manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Encanador tries to stand but can't do so whilst McGene controls his leg.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Encanador trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.
The fighters are battling for position here. McGene manages to regain full guard. Nice work.
McGene manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

McGene is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by McGene!
