The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shepard tries to clinch but Jones moves out of range.

Shepard shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Jones manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Jones looking to hit a scissor sweep but Shepard is one step ahead there.

Jones has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Shepard is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Jones.

Shepard has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Jones to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Shepard is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Jones pulls down on the head and he's put Shepard to sleep! This one is all over!
